QuestionI didn't receive a tax invoice after I purchased, what do I do?

A tax invoice is sent to you automatically after purchasing products through our website only if all of the products purchased can be posted by our regular postal service.

If you have purchased products that require additional freight charges, please contact us to arrange for payment of the additional freight and a tax invoice will be sent to you with the freight charge included.

If you are a member of the Pop's Shed website, you can always log into your account and click the 'Purchases' option at any time to obtain a copy of your tax invoice. Please note that if you have not already paid for additional freight, these charges will not be outlined on the tax invoice.
QuestionCan I pick up my order or pay by direct deposit/bank transfer?

Unfortunately not. Our website is equipped to handle credit card transactions only but in the future we will be adding direct deposit/bank transfer features into it.

QuestionYou don't stock a product I want. Can you get it for me?

We certainly can try. Please contact us and we'll see what we can do.
QuestionWho do you use for shipping?

All orders are shipped using Australia Post.
QuestionDo you ship internationally?

At this stage we can only ship internationally at our discretion. Shipping costs vary depending on location and weight of order and this is classed as a special order. We will do our best to get the products to you.

If you have specified any country other than Australia as your postage address during our online checkout, your payment information will not be required and your order will be sent to us so we can contact you with specific freight and shipping costs if available. Just click the 'Contact Me' button on the last page of the online checkout and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

QuestionHow do I know if a product can be posted to me?

Every product on our website is available for purchase. However, to purchase it via our website the product must be accompanied by a 'Regular Postage' or 'Additional Freight' sticker on the product page.

Regular Postage This means that the product can be posted to you and the cost of postage and handling for this product within Australia will be calculated at the last stage of our online checkout.
Additional Freight If this type of product has been added to your cart, after the purchase has been completed, we will contact you to organise for additional freight charges to be applied to your tax invoice. Before the products are delivered, the additional freight charges must be paid for. These products are not added to the total postage and handling cost calculation in the website checkout.

If you wish to purchase an item that does not have an 'Add to Cart' button, please contact us so we can make alternate arrangements to get the product to you.
